1 oz Pomegranate liqueur (like PAMA)
4 oz Champagne
Garnish: Pomegranate seeds
Drop 4 to 5 pomegranate seeds into a champagne flute. Add pomegranate liqueur and top with champagne.
This is probably the simplest champagne cocktail you can serve your guests as they arrive - aside from the classic Kir Royale - but much more festive in its bright holiday red. And depending on the finesse of the bubbles in your champagne, you might get one or two of the seeds dancing in the glass. Festive, indeed!
